Warranty & Service
All products purchased from MB Genusswelt UG, are covered by the applicable legal guarantee as well as any manufacturer’s warranty provided with the product.
1) Legal Guarantee (Statutory Warranty)
- As required by EU law, all consumer goods are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship.
- If a product does not conform to the contract (is defective, damaged, or not as described), you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund.
- The statutory guarantee starts from the date of delivery of the goods.
2) Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Some Afidano products may include an additional manufacturer’s warranty. The terms (coverage period, scope, and exclusions) are provided in the documentation supplied with the product.
- The manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement of them.
3) Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumables and accessories.
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, or lack of maintenance..
- Damage caused by accidents, fire, water, or force majeure.
4) How to Make a Warranty Claim

- A clear description of the defect, including photos or video if possible.
- Our team will assess the issue and inform you about the next steps (repair, replacement, or return).
5) Service & Spare Parts
- Our service team can provide advice on installation, maintenance, and safe use.
- Repairs outside of warranty are available at cost, including parts and labour.
6) Turnaround Time
- Warranty claims will be handled within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days, as required by Bulgarian law.
- In urgent cases, we will do our best to provide a temporary solution until the repair or replacement is complete.
