What happens after your order
Your humidor ships from our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany. Here is every step, from payment to the moment you open the door of your Afidano.
Payment received
As soon as your payment arrives, we start the shipment process at our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.
Handover to the logistics company
Your humidor is secured on a pallet and handed over to a logistics partner.
Tracking code
We send you a tracking code so you can follow the status of your shipment at any time.
Delivery appointment
The logistics company usually calls or notifies you to arrange a delivery time window.
Delivery
After delivery the logistics company can normally take the pallet back with them.
Unpack and set up
Unpack your humidor and set it up.
Good to know
Delivery usually takes 7-14 days, and can occasionally be slightly longer within the EU.
Shipping to your door is free.
Shipments are handled by several independent logistics companies, so we have no influence on their internal processes or exact timing.
