Standard shipping is free of charge for deliveries within Europe under normal circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Shipments within Europe are primarily dispatched from our EU hub in Germany. Depending on the product model and availability, certain items may be shipped from our warehouse in China.
- EU Warehouse: Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 business days.
- China Warehouse: Estimated delivery time is approximately 30 to 45 business days.
- Final transit times are subject to confirmation upon order placement
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or stock shortages may result in delays. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

Damaged Shipments & Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package and its contents carefully. If you notice any damage or defects, follow these steps:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.
- Contact us immediately at info@afidano.eu, attaching the images.
- Our team will assess the issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
- Please retain all original packaging materials, as these may be required for returns or exchanges.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please check whether it has already been processed. Once an item has left our warehouse, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
Order Processing & Holidays
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
