Yes, genuine spare parts—including water evaporators, humidity and temperature sensors, fans, and control boards—can be ordered directly from us. We will soon be stocking all common spare parts at our German warehouse, which will significantly reduce delivery costs and lead times for European orders.

Once the standard two-year warranty period concludes, the customer assumes responsibility for all return and redelivery shipping costs, alongside the price of any required spare parts. All out-of-warranty repair costs are estimated on an individual basis.

While we fully expect key components—such as the temperature and humidity sensors, circulation fan, humidification elements, main control board, and compressor—to remain available well beyond the two-year warranty period, customers must not attempt to replace these parts themselves. Due to the high technical complexity of the system, all repairs and component replacements must be carried out exclusively by our official service centre. Self-repair and the use of third-party services are strictly prohibited to ensure the safe and correct functioning of your humidor.

Afidano strongly advises using your humidor as a freestanding appliance. Enclosing it restricts ventilation, leading to excessive heat build-up that can burn out the compressor and void your warranty.
