O seu humidor é expedido a partir do nosso armazém em Hamburgo, na Alemanha. Eis todas as etapas, desde o pagamento até ao momento em que abrir a porta do seu Afidano.
Pagamento recebido
As soon as your payment arrives, we start the shipment process at our warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.
Entrega à transportadora
O seu humidor é fixado numa palete e entregue a um parceiro logístico.
Código de seguimento
Enviamos-lhe um código de seguimento para poder acompanhar o estado da sua expedição a qualquer momento.
Marcação da entrega
A transportadora contacta-o normalmente por telefone ou notificação para combinar uma janela horária de entrega.
Entrega
Após a entrega, a transportadora pode normalmente recolher a palete.
Desembalar e instalar
Desembale o seu humidor e instale-o.
Received your humidor with damage?
Please check your humidor and its packaging carefully upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it to the logistics company immediately and document the damage with clear photos or videos.
Please keep the packaging until the issue has been resolved. To report a damaged shipment directly to Afidano, contact our delivery support team and provide your order number, delivery date, and photos or videos of the damage.

Delivery usually takes 7-14 days, and can occasionally be slightly longer within the EU.
Shipping to your door is free.
